On 11 August Chimi, Dárkseph, Els, Faustulus, Kiariss, Killface, Noctilucent, Prolix, Solskin and Qucikflash did the guild’s first Cataclysm raid. The main intent was to just try it out, kill some trash and attempt to do the first boss and see if they could kill him.

They started on Baradin Hold, got surprise killed by the trash straight away (but managed it the second time) and got to Argaloth, which was going fine until the Tol’Barad Battle kicked them out.

They then moved on to BoT, in which the trash surprised them again, but in the end they decided to not bother with CC and just kill them (this worked much better!)

So the first boss was Halfus, and very soon he was passed on, he was no more, he had ceased to be, he had expired and gone to meet his developer, he was a stiff, bereft of life, he rested in peace, he’d kicked the bucket, he’d shuffled off his mortal coil, run down the curtain and joined the bleedin’ choir invisibile!!

THIS WAS AN EX-BOSS!!

The second boss was a bit more of a challenge, fire and shadow everywhere! They managed to get them down to low hp before wiping, but oh well: they did fantastic and most importantly: they had fun!

Many congrats to the whole group and especially to Kiariss, who led his first raid successfully!
