Paranoid’s 15th Anniversary
On June 19th, 2026 Paranoid reached had a big birthday – fifteen years since the day of founding.
The original purpose of this page was a ‘one-stop shop’ for all the information to do with the event, and the numerous forms for joining in. Now the date has passed this page has been re-worked to be a monument to the milestone. Fifteen years is a long time, and I for one hope that Paranoid is still going strong in another fifteen years. The community we have here is special, and means a lot to those who are part of it.
You can read all about the events of the in-game party in the blog post here. There are some screenshots included in that post, but a gallery of all of the screenshots people shared is on this page. It is a great regret of mine actually that I didn’t record the event, especially the award ceremony, as yes! For the first time (to my knowledge) Paranoid staged fun awards. In the month before the party people could submit nominations, and then Nyra was our master of ceremonies announcing the winners and giving a fabulous speech. She did post it on the forums and I could just link you the thread, but I want to feature it more than that.
The Awards
Hey everyone, and Happy Birthday to our wonderful community! It’s amazing to think that our guild is almost old enough to drive in some countries!
When I first joined this guild back during Shadowlands, I never could have expected the impact it would have on my life. It’s thanks to you guys I’ve been able to access content I never could have before due to the sheer anxiety, and I’ve been able to enjoy the game so much more playing with you all. I also love getting to chat to you all in the discord, and feel I’ve made some true friends here throughout the years.
I hope Paranoid has been able to be just as warm and welcoming to you all as it has been to me, and that it will continue to be a home away from home for us all for many more years to come!
But a big emotional speech isn’t why I’m up here talking to you all tonight! We asked you all to vote on several awards for your fellow guildies. Newcomer of the year – Our most active new member, the keenest of beans, they already feel like they’ve been with us for years!

Accidental Pull Specialist – That person who always promises it wasn’t on purpose. That ad pack just has it out for them in particular, and the boss shouldn’t be so sensitive to mis-clicks!

Map? Optional – Or at least, so I heard. Here’s hoping they found their way tonight!

Transmog is the True Endgame – Always looking fabulous, even when on the floor. We all wish we could look as good as them, and every new outfit leaves us wowed!

Lag is my Nemesis – Often defeated by forces beyond their control, the true WoW villain is their internet provider.

The Unkillable – This person somehow survives through everything, and looks good doing it.

Guild Jester – They love to make us laugh (or groan), and are always there to put a smile back on our faces even after a 1% boss health wipe.

Gravitationally Challenged – To them, the floor is deadlier than any boss! Don’t let them near any ledges, and if the boss is on a platform… Well, guess we’ll see them at the bottom next time the RL calls for a wipe.

Meter Master – Our terrifying conqueror of the meter, their name at the top may as well be baked into the UI design.
